Café Royal Books was founded in 2005 by Craig Atkinson, with the aim of publishing high quality, limited run books and zines. Our print runs vary from 25 – 100 copies. There are usually 5 signed copies of each title available as a special edition. We use a variety of papers, usually recycled non chlorinated, natural white 80gsm. We use various print and binding techniques, determined by each particular publication.

Field Trip Magazine is a new project being run from within Café Royal Books. Field Trip will focus specifically on photography

We employ PayPal as our payment gateway. You don’t need a Paypal account to use their service. Your data will remain private.

All prices include shipping. We use high quality all-board envelopes and double wall boxes to ensure you receive your books in the same condition as we send them. Occasionally parcels are damaged en-route. We send all our parcels insured and will happily refund or resend any damaged item on the condition that you first return to us the damaged item and it’s packaging.

We offer wholesale rates to outlets wishing to stock our titles. Please enquire.

We are open to and encourage the trading of books and zines. If you have something you’d like to swap please email us the details. Please do not attach images. Please do send links to images.
