Justin Waldron (born 1983) is a Japan / New York-Based film photographer. Born in Philadelphia, he moved to New York in 2002 to study film making at the New York Film Academy. He then worked as a cinematographer on several motion picture projects before relocating to Tokyo, Japan in early 2006. There he began his central focus on still photography.

He had his first solo exhibition in Tokyo in April of 2008; and since then has been featured in several magazines, books, and online projects such as – Lines and Shapes (US), Homeland Magazine (China), and Good Morning Light (China). Waldron also self-publishes zines which are released seasonally, and in small numbered editions.

Seven Days, features 24 pages of snapshots recorded by Justin Waldron while exploring the countryside scenery neighboring his homes in both Japan and the North-Eastern United States. The black and white photographs in this travel zine offer seductive glimpses into spaces both wide open and intimate, window panes lit with a magical light, and snowy landscapes that suggest possibility and adventure.
